Known for building trusted relationships and leading with integrity, Jim brings a collaborative, thoughtful leadership style that aligns with OPSdesign’s long-standing commitment to serving clients with excellence.
Jim brings extensive leadership experience from both sides of the desk—industry and consulting—with deep expertise in warehouse design, automation, and supply chain optimization. He has a strong track record of partnering with clients to solve complex operational challenges, improve performance, and implement practical, results-driven solutions.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience, Jim has worked closely with C-suite leaders across manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and consumer products, guiding organizations through complex transformation initiatives. His background spans strategy, operations, digital and AI-enabled solutions, and large-scale organizational change, with a consistent track record of translating vision into measurable outcomes.
Throughout his career, Jim has led high-performing teams, managed large-scale engagements, and developed innovative solutions that helped clients modernize operations, increase efficiency, and achieve sustainable improvements.
At OPSdesign, Jim focuses on strengthening the client’s journey across every touchpoint, from initial engagement through project delivery and ongoing partnership. He works closely with consulting, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive, relationship-driven experience that reflects OPSdesign’s values and commitment to quality.
Jim holds an MBA, a Master of Science in Project Management, and multiple professional certifications, including Agile Scrum Master and Design for Six Sigma. Outside of work, he is active in community and volunteer organizations and enjoys spending time outdoors.
